Exploring the Possibility of Alien Presence on Earth

The Harvard Study: Challenging Conventional Theories

    While doing some research I came across a fascinating article that discusses various theories concerning the origins of UAPs. A recent study by researchers from Harvard University's Human Flourishing Program contends that a theory deemed 'the unconventional terrestrial explanation' deserves consideration. The authors argue that the prevailing hypotheses tend to gravitate towards two primary theories: conventional terrestrial explanations, attributing UAP to human-made technologies, or extraterrestrial explanations, attributing them to advanced civilizations from distant cosmic realms. However, they contend that a third, often overlooked, theory deserves consideration – the unconventional terrestrial hypothesis. Although the paper had not undergone peer review, it dives into the intricate realms of UAPs, exploring the possibility that these enigmatic sightings and reports could be the manifestations of extraterrestrial life forms that have established a covert presence on Earth.

Cryptoterrestrial Theories of Alien Coexistence

    Within the unconventional terrestrial hypotheses, the researchers explore four distinct theories regarding the covert coexistence of alien entities alongside humanity:

• The Human Cryptoterrestrials Theory: This theory suggests the existence of an ancient human civilization far more technologically advanced than our own, which has managed to survive in secrecy on Earth.
• The Non-human Cryptoterrestrials Theory: This theory considers the evolution of a technologically advanced non-human civilization on Earth, potentially originating from an ape-like hominid or even unknown, intelligent dinosaurs.
• The Time-Travelling Aliens or Humans Theory: This theory proposes that aliens or humans from the future have established a secret presence on Earth, utilizing advanced time-manipulation technologies.
• The Magical Cryptoterrestrials Theory: Drawing parallels to humans folklore, this theory likens the alleged entities to earthbound angels, fairies, elves, or nymphs, possessing abilities that defy our current understanding of physics.

1.          While the researchers acknowledge the bizarreness of the latter theory, they argue that the perplexing nature of some of the UAP sightings warrants an open-minded consideration of even the most unconventional possibilities.

    I personally wouldn’t be surprised at any of the above, but from my own experiences I believe intelligent life from other planets mastered time travel which would allow them to travel faster than the speed of light and cover the hundreds or thousands of light years distance between their planet and earth. I discussed time travel briefly in my book Aliens are With Us in which I referenced the statement from Einstein that it is not possible to travel faster than the speed of light, unless you have achieved time travel. And to me if a civilization is ten thousand, fifty thousand or more years more advanced than we are that would certainly be possible.

Unidentified Submerged Objects

    This paper also discusses some very interesting USO sightings which are rarely talked about in the media therefore was very interesting to read. The document mentions that UAP sightings have been reported in various locations, including the Gulf of Alaska and the Catalina Channel off the southern California coast. ​ These sightings involve objects or entities that resemble marine life, such as a UAP described as a "jellyfish" that was observed flying over a US military base.  Given the vastness and unexplored nature of the oceans, there was some discussion that underwater environments could serve as ideal hiding places for non-human intelligence (NHI). ​ The document suggests that NHI may have established bases or enclaves underwater to conceal their presence from humans.

    There was also a reference in the paper to an encounter that a US Nuclear submarine had with a USO in which the object appeared to be traveling under the ocean at a speed greater than the speed of sound. The encounter was corroborated by a member of the crew who was surprised by the speed of the object.

“We were underway and all of a sudden I hear the sound it was really strange… it was moving so fast. I just cannot believe it because this submarine is limited in the speed it can go by the incompressibility of the water in front of it and this thing blew by us like we were standing still. I’m not going to throw anybody else under the bus here but I guarantee you the following happened: a person with knowledge of onboard systems came out and said ‘oh my God’ this goddamn thing is going faster than the speed of sound underwater but that’s faster than the speed of sound in air.”

    The Harvard study goes on to highlight that more than 80% of Earth's oceans remain unexplored and uncharted. ​ The vastness and limited visibility of the underwater realms make them challenging to study and therefore makes it extremely difficult to determine if there are any objects that are not man-made hidden in the depths of the oceans. But like most theories regarding extraterrestrials including them possibly having bases hidden on earth, including under our oceans, nothing would surprise me because I believe virtually nothing we can imagine is beyond their capabilities.
